On September 29, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: The complainant emailed OPO with a 9 page complaint attached
along with 5 other attachments including medical and legal documents. Pasted below are
excerpts from the complaint. The complaint in its entirety can be found in the case folder.
My name is
I experienced false arrest, police brutality, they did not read me my rights, they searched
me without a warrant, they denied me medical care for both a head injury which lead to a
coma, as well as denial of medical care for complex ptsd, trauma disorder and bi-polar.
Then I was in Jail when admitted I said I had a concussion was bi-polar with ptsd and was
on ativan (bento) and ambien and that I needed to goto a hospital because I was going into
a coma. They ignored me.
I was sitting on the floor the entire time of this conversation I was not standing up I never
roamed the halls I would like to open a case and get a copy of all the security cameras at

as evidence I asked for a room and sat down in front of one room
and was there as
tried to engage me in prostitution
never asked me to leave
earlier in the day neither did any of the staff the officer did not try to talk to me about
leaving they wouldn't listen to me when I said that
was trying to engage me in
prostitution. When I said that none of the police officers even responded or showed any
care or concern for my pleas for help and my pleas for safety.
I never knocked on anyones door or roamed the hall I was just looking for safety and to
book a room and had money to do both I was not homeless I was experiencing a emotional
breakdown due to being sexually assaulted, assaulted and robbed, a head injury and
concussion, then
trying to sexually assault me and lying to the police. I
assumed the police would arrest
and take me to a hospital due to having a

concussion and a clear mental breakdown I should have been taking to the emergency room
and a medical team should have been called. It was clear I was injured as well as having a
mental breakdown and needed to go to the hospital. They did not explain to me I had to
leave, they ignored me when I said that

prostitution. I did defend myself saying that I was just trying to book a room and there was
nothing illegal about trying to book a room at a hotel I do not remember clearly if I said I
was waiting for my pretend boyfriend which if you had someone threatening to rape you
making up a fake boyfriend is a defense and if anything again showed I should have been
taken to a hospital and
taken to the jail
They did not show me there badges or ask me to leave the property they did not give me
that option (they lied SO much in this report it makes me wonder if they are getting paid to
on the backend as the
is what I discovered where allot of drug deals
and prostitution goes down and I know some police are corrupt and involved with the cartel
as well as receiving backdoor deals for turning a blind eye or participation or allowance of
prostitution to happen. They did not give me the option to leave I would have left I left the
other 2 times the police asked me to leave the block I was staying on the block hoping my
friends would find me because I used life 360 and the person who molested me wouldn't
find me The police lied The police never grabbed me I said what is this some human
trafficking as sadly the police are and have been involved with human trafficking and I
coproduced a festival on ending human trafficking and have been before and in my prior
experience the police were paid off by the one doing the human trafficking which sadly
happens at allot of hotels

I said again is this some cartel human trafficking things Then they said I was under
arrested and one of them put there hand on there gun, SO I stood up with my things and
walked over to them and put my hands behind my back.

I never ran from them there was about 5-7 police which seemed extreme, they handcuffed
me then had multiple cop cars block off the street, they put me down on the hood of the car
without reading me my rights or having a warrant for searching me and held me down
while they illegally seized and searched all of my thing as well as injured me by pushing
me down against the hood of the police car during the search.
After the search once in the car I just screamed this is how human trafficking happens, and
what is this some cartel human trafficking thing.
I would like to get a copy of the body cams, the dash cams and any prison recordings. I
would like this case to be investigated by the APD. I understand the limit of 500,000$ for
denial of medical care, false arrest and police brutality, not being read my rights my
personal items sized and searched without a warrant and being held and made a ward of
the state without just cause. I would like to handle this case internally and to file a claim
directly I would like to avoid getting lawyers involved going public or having to sue anyone
but I suffered a great deal and lost my feeling of safety. I went missing for
and lost
of my life and allot of projects I was involved with did not happen
which cost me allot for my business.
I would like to work with a investigator regarding this person
who is a ghost
on social media and I question his involvement with running drugs and prostitution out of

I would like to discuss actions to take regarding the police who
lied about me evading arrest and trespassing As trying to book a room at a hotel is not
trespassing.
I would like to explore with the APD what to do about

attachment on me without seeing me in person which I believe is not legal. I would like to
investigate the denial of medical attention both by the officers involved because if I said
was my boyfriend it was either out of fear of being raped or mental illness either
should have lead to me being taken to the emergency room not a jail. I would like to explore

pressing charges against
for trying to solicit sex and engage me as a prostitute
illegally.
I would like to work with the APD around the false charges and arrest made by the officers
involved as well as the false diagnose made by
which caused me to be a ward
of the state. I would like my record to be expunged and need help going about that as I do
not know how to have a record expunged.
I would like to work with the APD directly on how to file and claim and to who regarding
my losses as I do not want this to involve lawyers or go public if possible I have suffered
enough and do not want to suffer anymore due to false allegations and false information. I
should have never been arrested or put in jail I should have been taken to a emergency
room and potentially to a place like
as I had private
insurance if anything due to experiencing trauma after being taken to a hospital for a
concussion which lead to a coma. If you could help direct me to the proper channels or
investigators or help to find justice and peace as well as file a fair claim for my losses I
would appreciate it. i would still like to visit or live in Austin full or part time but want to
feel safe. I do not want to make enemies with the APD as I know this was a isolated case
and am aware that it doesn't reflect on Austin the state of TEXAS as a whole but would
also like something to cover the damages and injury I experienced as well as the trauma.
So if you could help direct me to the correct people and protocol to handle this with as little
impact or conflict I would like to resolve this case as quickly, quietly but I am seeking
justice and resolutions. That are fair based on the trauma and impact I experienced on my
life and my work. I want to feel safe with the APD as well as in Austin and again I
understand this was a isolated event.
Below are attached documents regarding my case and I am seeking advice and
communication on how to do this with as much ease and least further trauma or damages
to all parties involved yet I am seeking justice, and was treated inhumanly and accused of
crimes I did not commit and punished unfairly. Attached are some of the files I have

This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
