The complainant alleges: He was beaten and tased by Officers and He was tortured for 5 hours in the cop car. They had no reason to tase a 65-year-old man. This was or days ago and he can still barely walk. He's on 3 types of blood pressure medicine. 10 or 15 other cops watched and didn't stop them from standing on his back. He was involuntarily taken to the mental hospital. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
