NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
September 16, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0797
On September 14, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: The situation is ongoing since
APD will not assist him in
filing charges against his ex. His mother and ex have teamed up against him and have
contacted the school to not let him see his son. He drove over a couple of hundred miles
to the school and the principal sneaked his son out the back door and gave his him to his
ex's sister who is a drug addict. He went back to the school the next day and the school
did the same thing. His ex lied to the police and told them he had threatened her. His ex
forced papers under his arm after he refused to take them. The police were called. The
police are not doing anything to help. The principal of the school made a false trespassing
report. On the
after
he was video conferencing with his son and his
ex was recording him and his son's private time to prove that he was unstable. Texas is a
one-party state and what she did was a felony. Detective
told him he could not do
anything because it was a telephone. The complaint explained to Detective
that she
was using the phone as a recorder. The complainant also explained other ways the cell
phone could be used. The complainant has had other charges filed against him and they
all were dropped except one. He has a problem with law enforcement not enforcing the
law and locking him up illegally and charges being dropped because they don't have
anything against him because he has not committed a crime. He has not seen his son in a
.
He has been locked up and has paid $10,000 to $20,000 in lawyer's fees.
He has also been illegally evicted which makes it impossible to get housing and he basically
is living in a hotel because of everything that has happened in his situation.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
