NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
September 16, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0786
On September 12, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: At the conclusion of
Texas football game, the traffic
officers working the area were absolutely pathetic at their job. However that is not my
complaint. At
Pm officer
- i think since he made it difficult to read)
yelled at me that I couldn't turn right into
to which I have no issue with, probably
hard to hear out there. Officer
grew more and more angry that I wasn't able to
back my truck up to turn the way that he wanted me to go (not sure it's legal to start driving
in reverse in the street but at his request I obliged. I wasn't able to back up because other
behind me were trying to do that same thing as myself. Once I back up he approach the
passenger side of my truck to pick up a cone i believe the car in front of me knocked over
(doing the same thing I tried to do). Officer
then picked up the cone and swung in
into my truck out of Anger and made me ask repeatedly for his badge number. This was a
highly unprofessional way to act and makes me question why someone with a short fuse
like that is "protecting" these city streets. A truck today, a person tomorrow There is a
3" scratch on my truck as a direct result of his actions and is like to press charges. Thanks
