The complainant alleges: He is a physician, and his patient is being stalked by a man. The complainant called APD because his patient has had a head injury and she is not capable of filing a police report. The complainant has left messages for APD and has not received a call back from a detective. He has gone up 2 levels of supervision and no one has called him back. Messages were left for Detective and also his supervisor and neither one has called him back This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
