The complainant alleges: He was driving westbound on when 2 APD SUVs with their lights on entered the freeway near and started swerving back and forth from the far left lane to the far right lane. He assumed maybe they were alerting drivers of an accident ahead and they were trying to start traffic control. The APD SUV drivers slammed on their breaks and exited the freeway onto and they were gone. No accident ahead. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
