The complainant alleges: He owns a dealership off of An APD officer . was blocking the driveway to his dealership as he pulled cars over. The complainant alleges this happens often. He realizes that APD takes care of them, and he appreciates it, but he also has a business to run. He wants the APD to just be courteous and not pull cars over in the driveway to his dealership. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
