The complainant alleges: She put in a number of service requests with 311 beginning on regarding a car burglary that happened and never got a response from APD until some time around the . She got a call from APD and thought she was talking to the detective who was handling her case, but she was not. The APD person that called her was rude and not doing their job. The APD person said her case was closed and hung up on her. She was told it was not a police matter. APD never did a police investigation. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
