The complainant alleges: He has had ongoing issues with his ex with regard to shared custody with his children. He has called 311 six or seven times to file a police report and he has not had any response from APD with report/case numbers and he does not know what he needs to do to get a response. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
