On June 8, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: On
about
in the evening I called
911 about a man stalking me. It has happened many times already but I did not call 911 to
bother polices. Until the last few weeks I saw the man escalating to keep harassing me by
stopping me in the midway to say hello, driving around my house, parking his car outside
the back of my house. One time when I was crossing a street, he was about to hit his car
on me. It makes me scared because I ever warned him many times to stay away from me,
stop coming close to me but he still. I decided to call 311 to report him as stalking me and
harassing me nearly
ago. Since then I haven"t heard back anything from the
detective. Until on
I went out to go for a walk as usual, when I turned back I saw
him again following. He waved to say hello even many times I warned him and ignored
him. He suddenly turn to run across the street to approach me. I got too scared SO I yelled
it out loud as if I called somebody"s name like "Franky". He stopped running to walk
away
by turning right. I called 911 right after that. The APD sent 1 male officer and 1 female
officer come into my house. I did not remember what their names are because I got in
stupor at that time. When they got in, I showed the female officer the picture of the man
when he was stalking me, I took that picture just in time. The female officer deny to look
at it. She asked me for my ID instead by her cranky voices that make me even more scared.
After I showed her my ID, she asked me many questions not related to my concerns like
how long you guys have been friend even I never told her the man and me were ever
friends. I told her we ever worked in a same company and I we had ever talked as normal
friends until I found out he had had a crush on me then I banned him from coming into my
house. I even blocked his phone number since very long before. She came into my house
with her testy attitude as if I was bothering her even this trouble has been bothering me
many years already by the man but I did not call polices to report him until nearly
ago as mentioned above. After all, she concluded that it was not stalking as the man and
me ever be friends even I told her we just worked in a same company but I quitted many
years ago. She did not let the male officer talk to me as she kept asking me questions then
they walked away without helping anything at all. Her ignorant attitude even put me in
dangers. Many times I was about to tell her more details about the incident happening on

that day that the man was about to attack me by running across the street to approach me
as mentioned above, she did not want to listen by cutting me in the midway then kept
asking me an another question but her questions mostly were not related to my concerns as
mentioned above. Her questions made me think she was working in favor of suspects not
victims in order to help the victims. My name is
