The complainant alleges: I am a person who has law enforcement in my family. I watched as officers were chasing some guys while other officers sat by and did nothing. It was, and is absolutely shameful. Being a military girl, some might call it dereliction of duty. Police officers in this country have been disgraced. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
