The complainant alleges: She filed a police report regarding a hate crime and harassment in and the detective on her case has not been responsive. She has made several calls to detective with no response. She wants the issue to be resolved because the harassment is still going on. Rocks have been put in her laundry at the laundromat and recently someone put a pile of kolaches in her car. She wants APD to be responsive and do their jobs and if necessary, assigned her case to another detective. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
