On May 2, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges:
again, I reported illegal handicapped parking. I have been
harassed by this parking where residents had a license plate that said

the HOA president stated that I was jealous of everyone illegally parking and threw me off
a Board of Directors and has taken me to court for 5 years to try to throw me out of my
home. This is not a private parking area. This is mixed use and owners state that the police
are just ignorant - in actuality the gate is being used for obstruction of justice. I tried to
commit suicide from the lawsuits that have bankrupted me and threatened to throw me out
on the street while

ticket or written violation to
could have saved my life that day. I am
permanently affected. I wrote into the police complaining and since

police connections, ever since then; since he learned that I tried to commit suicide, the
illegal parking harassment has ramped up hoping that the same will occur. I suppose the
police are hoping to enable this behavior further. People who are suicidal are not homicidal.
This is ignorance on the part of the police department. I would like a copy of this report in
writing to expose this to interested parties. Thank you.

department that seems to corruptly be in the back pocket of some Kitchen Business Owner.

Pathetic to say the least. However, she did nothing to review the laws or the evidence sent
to her and I would like this escalated and to obtain a copy of this report.

I don't know her Supervisor's name but she was supposed to file a report for harassment
and retaliation. There are basic legalities for retaliation cases and you cannot retaliate
against anyone who files a complaint for compliance or permitting issues. This is a clear
case of retaliation. She is just too lazy to do the work. I will be posting all of these videos
online to continue to have everyone around the country see just how pathetic and corrupt
this police department is and how corrupt a city is to rip off poor people with over-valued
properties - fraud and retaliation evident to everyone except those covering up for the city
and this business owner. No one is buying it. Just SO everyone knows and my life is
important and valuable and you are accountable for not doing anything to cause my
attempted suicide. Ignorant and Lazy doesn't work.
Officer
said that she would not park the person who was not disabled who has been
reported multiple times for illegal parking in an ADA regulated parking space in violation
of S.B. No. 52. The police continue to tell me that they cannot ticket anyone because the
gate makes this a private parking space. That is complete bullshit. According to this law,
there are no specifications that cause a gate to make a parking space that was zoned mixed
use residential - meaning that the parking space holds a public accommodation that is
regulated by ADA compliance laws.

it private. That is bullshit and there is no law that specifies that a gate makes a parking
space illegal. Read this law - S.B. No 52 and have your police do their job. I have been
reporting this for five years now. I have this on video and shared this in a prior complaint.
I am tired of the police not doing their job - this should have been a citation. A police
officer is supposed to know the law and not let some smooth talking BS'ers convince her
differently.
Officer
and her Supervisor did not ticket the vehicle in the handicapped that I have
been reporting for days. I have been reporting illegal parking for about five years with no
citations. She actually helped the illegal parker leave. Her Supervisor was in agreement.
She was told by a bunch of kids and I was told by a 911 operator that a gate makes a
property private. This is complete bullshit. The zoning dictates the usage of the property.
This is mixed use meaning that this is not solely used or zoned for residential and therefore
Texas SB52 law was violated. In my distress while Ms.

on the public business residence. I would like to know why the police are violating the law
and providing special assistance to Mr.

Also, I would like to report Officer
and her Supervisor for Penal Code Chapter 22
Assaultive Offenses. I reported to the Officers that I attempted suicide because of the
constant harassment and lack of police response to harassment, stalking, threats and legal
harassment while my home has been devalued and I have been threatened to be thrown out
of my home for about five years now. I was laughed at and I responded in a report that one
citation would have saved me life. I fought not to commit suicide today as well and
therefore I am reporting Officer
again. This is not a joke. This is my life and her
ignorance does not leave this department without liability. I am also reporting her for the
people laughing and telling me I was crazy and deserved to die - that I was a nut further
provoking the trauma and the feeling of hopelessness and despair and bullying. Even to the
point that in my despair and vulnerable state; while I was not protected, while she failed to
do her job, she also laughed and stated that she was further aiding and abetting Mr.
The Austin Police Department is accountability for assisting with my attempted
suicide and is continuing to be accountable while no citation has been issued for 5 years
with more than enough evidence. It is illegal to incite someone to commit suicide and this
is the most serious offense and supporting people laughing and further wanting me
to
commit suicide is completely unacceptable. What should have happened is she should have
ticketed the car and told the business owner that this was a mere traffic issue. She is an
adult and she does not deserve a license to practice. She is completely incompetent. I would
like a copy of this report. Again, this will be distributed to all parties. How have you
allowed this to go on this long. I am requesting escalation to the very highest level because
this has almost cost me my life and my Doctor stated that if this continues, and my progress
continues to decline from this trauma, that he does not see a positive prognosis for me.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
