The complainant alleges: He spoke to APD on the phone, and they treated him like his concern was not important. The officer told him if the person at has not called -- it is not important enough to follow up. If a customer does not feel safe the incident should be looked into. He has called APD for other incidents at his residence and place of employment and APD refuses to follow up. He feels APD treats him like he is a second-class citizen. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
