The complainant alleges: Her car was in a four-car collision, and everyone involved exchanged information except her. The responding police officer was rude to her and left her name out of the police report. She was not informed there was a drunk driver involved in the accident. Her brother was with her, and the officer laughed when she told him one of her passengers was hurt. The officer also gave her the wrong address for the accident. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
