The complainant alleges: He filed a stolen gun report and feels his case was mismanaged by an APD investigator. He tried to reach out to the investigator a few times but never got a response. The investigator immediately disregarded his case and did not do anything, and now valuable time has been wasted. He would like for something to be done about it. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
