NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
March 17, 2023
ICMS #: 2023-0213
On March 14, 2023, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: He is a 60-year-old disabled man with a 15-year-old disabled
child. The APD task force was knocking at his door, a bunch of NAZIs. The complainant
opened the door right away. APD came in and handcuffed his son SO tight that he has
bruises around his wrists. They took his son away in the APD car. They would not take
his son's medication. They kept the complainant outside and they tore up his house, his
closet, and everything. After two hours they told him they were sorry it was probably a
mistake, but they took his son's laptop for investigation. His son goes to school 5 days a
week and works at
on the weekend. What is APD doing in his house?
APD did tell him it was concerning a girl kidnapped in
.
The complainant will
not sit down until the truth comes out.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
