The complainant alleges: Police officer, made a false complaint against myself that caused me to have an issue warrant for my arrest and I had to hire attorney in order for me to get this case dismissed. I do not appreciate that a police officer is using his badge once again, to intimidate me. This is the second time I have came forward about this officer that you have represent APD. I have enclosed a letter from my attorney that represented me in order to get this case is dismissed. I am tired of this officer not being held accountable for his actions. DOCKET NUMBER This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
