The complainant alleges: She got into a domestic argument. She called 911 and requested an officer. She gave the 911 dispatch a description of her car and where to find her. Two patrol cars drove past her but never stopped. After 45 minutes of waiting, she left. She never received a call that anyone ever showed up looking for her. To date, she still has not spoken to APD about the incident.
