The complainant alleges: Cruiser - , license was driving recklessly on at the off ramp to exit. I had signaled to get in the outer most lane to take the exit putting me in front of the officer, officer began tailgating me aggressively and when I signaled again to make the exit I was transitioning to the exit and he began accelerating and cut me off and nearly rear-ended the person in front of us. The officer's driving was aggressive and imposing. He had no lights or sirens going to indicate that he was responding to a call. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
