On November 28, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: My husband and I had our car stolen. This officer gave us a case
# which nobody could look up or find in your system. We were just visiting family and

, the day of. Also 311 made an extra report for us but
notated it all wrong SO nobody called since it wasn't crucial, yet this police officer SHOULD
HAVE CALLED! I also have been notified by my lein holder that they found the car at
told me it has been there since the day of this incident, which was
either brought or called in by POLICE! Nobody has contacted us, even the auto theft
department never called, and your 311 needs to get their crap together! First case number
