NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
November 23, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-1057
On November 22, 2022, the OPO received a walk-in complaint.
The complainant alleges: Around
on
I had just come from a convenient
and parked at the end of
Soon after a police officer pulled up
behind me, then turned on his lights, and approached me on my driver side asking why I
was parking in a parking lot but I was on
., A PUBLIC ROAD!
When I asked what I did wrong, he was vague and said "a woman called needing
assistance." ?? I was all alone but after he saw my gun, he called for backup. I kept asking
"What did I do wrong," but he wouldn't say. When the second police officer came, he
proceeded to reach into my driver window, unlock it, took me out of my car and handcuffed
me. 5 officers was total while some searched my car. I'm not a criminal SO I was released
but my complaint is against the 1st officer and the officer who unlocked my door.
My gun was loaded with a bullet in chamber & SO I want to know what happened to my
bullet with my prints and if there was a call for a woman needing "assistance" at all.
