On October 10, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: This lawful citizen
was detained, painfully
handcuffed by clearly tyrant Austin officers seen in the video for no other reason than ego
purposes.
Officers seen on social media who engage in unlawful arrests, detainments, lying,
escalating encounters based solely on ego and typical tyrant behavior gives groups reasons
to defund the police.
Massive online evidence of police tyrant behavior and corruption siting fake charges etc.
After reviewing many police conduct videos it is clear:
Police do not understanding and respect basic citizens rights,
Police evolved in criminal activity,
Police escalating engagements,
Unlawful arrests and detainments,
Police on camera quoting wrong laws, statues and polices
Police not able to recite basic police conduct polices and laws.

laws which apply.
Police not understanding the basic constitution for which law enforcement took an oath to
up hold
Rampant tyrant police behavior - massive online video evidence
Police corruption
Hostile enteractions
Purely ego driven Interactions
Fake, trumped up violations based on ego driven desire to be the boss and abuse the citizen,
seen over and over on social media.
Illegal no filming signs in public areas in public building including public areas of court
houses - supreme court rules on this - its legal
Illegal sign in forms in public areas of public buildings. Violates Constitutions of the
United States of America!!!
I
am 65 years old and do want to retire in a country controlled or subjected to hostile,
abusive, corrupt and tyrant law enforcement culture.
Please respect the constitution and citizens whom your law enforcement come in contact
with.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
