The complainant alleges: Witness to a car accident where a officer was speeding through a stop with their lights on and made SO attempt to stop and clear the intersection. Completely broadsided a car and flipped it over. Gave statement to officers on the scene afterwards but wanted to insure it was documented else where that I witnessed to officer make no attempt to stop or even slow down before the intersection. I am the witness, saw the accident from my home office window on the second story. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
