On September 19, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: i was wrongfully trespassed off the property of

for political purposes. this is not an isolated incident. the legal definition of harassment is
you must be told it is harassment and if the conduct doesn't stop then it constitutes
harassment. this is a completely dishonest, manipulative
employee who is

to harass me. she unjustly called 911 on me &
falsely accused me of harassment when she was passive-aggressive and lying that they
didn't have a fork. i told the officers i had the whole incident on video and they didn't ask
to view it and gave no consideration to my side of the story. they also threatened to arrest
me several times with no legal standing. who knows if these are real officer names or not.

wrongfully trespassed me off the property. rent was current & i had been there over 30
days. the laws & evidence support me. APD is corrupt. APD is disgraceful.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
