The complainant alleges: APD Officer who transferred from Police Department has been harassing him for some time. The complainant called County to see if his court date had been reset and he could hear Officer in the background. Officer was at the pretending to be him trying to make sure his file got forfeited. In the process of Officer doing these things he has lost four cars and has become homeless. The complainant had a job interview and Officer called them trying to get them not to hire him. The he contacted said he was going to get fired. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
