Austin Police Department Officers. During this encounter, my Glock 22 pistol, holster,
attached light, magazine, and ammunition were seized from me by one of the officers. This
encounter ended with an order to leave the
. I followed the officers
instructions and left the
The officers did not return my property.
I spoke with a gentleman from the Austin Police Department
. He advised me that there is no mention of a firearm in any of the reports or
paperwork. Not only is this property of high value monetarily, it is also sentimental. The
Glock and its attachments belonged to a law enforcement officer who was killed off duty.
This was his duty weapon and he was my best friend. I would like my property tracked
