NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
August 19, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0680
On August 15, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: There were four officers that came out to her. The first two
officers had badge numbers
and
and did a great job. She didn't get the badge
numbers of the last two officers at the time but she contacted public information and got
the following numbers:
and
One of these officers had dark hair and did a great
job. The other officer was bald headed, stocky, and was maybe between 5' 7" or 5' 10".
This officer gave her false information on a wadded-up piece of paper and told her things
that were said to him by someone else that didn't turn out to be true. She and "dad" left,
thinking that everything would be okay but the baby came up missing from the hospital
There was nobody that went to the hospital to check to see if her child was okay,
or safe or have a so-called say on where baby would go because they were pretty much
brushed off the property like she was. When the bald-headed officer came to her, he gave
her a piece of paper from his notepad and it was supposed to be a report number. The report
number that was given to her the right way is:
.
The one that the officer gave
her had nothing to do with anything and was more of a report number that he was given by
CPS or whatever to say that there was a case opened. The officer came back to tell her that
the person he spoke with said that they had opened a case prior to an old one which was
closed on
This was a closed-out case, she has joint custody of her child. So,
that was a lie because when she spoke to the caseworker, they said they did not open a case
up over an old one. The lady that threatened her child and left her a threatening message
on her phone, also went to a family's house and broke a HIPPA law. This lady is an
investigator with CPS.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
