NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
August 12, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0659
On August 8, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Detective
was the worst detective I've ever dealt with.
He ignored me and made me feel like I was stupid and childish for my case. He would
contradict himself. (Telling me to send people away and then ask for their names) my case
was primarily online and he didn't even know how Instagram worked. He should have
never been assigned to my case and he made that very clear. I genuinely believe my case
Progressed as quickly as it did because he would ignore the threats I got and didn't do
anything about the accounts popping up (5+ a day) This man is the reason for a lot of my
grief and was almost the cause of my death. Please consider this when assigning him to
future cases. He should be fired or reassigned.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
