The officer told her they were not going to waive the tow charges even though the car had not even arrived at the tow company address. All APD could say is it happens to people every day. TXDOT did not call or e-mail about towing her car. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
