On July 18, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: APD contacted me regarding report

file it online at the APD at the APD online reporting system.
APD then went in and disallowed flow through of my online complaints.

the spy tells them my IP address and APD goes in and disallows flow through.
and APD leadership are completely corrupt.

This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
