NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
July 22, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0596
On July 18, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: My son
(
) called you on
because his car
was stolen. Police officers were out and took the report. We just found out
that
the police found the car the next day. Your officer never bothered to call my son and never
gave the Tow Company my sons information when they called to have it towed. My son
received a letter from Tow company to pick up vehicle with $485 fees because your
department couldn't do their job correctly! Had your officer just called him he could of
had AAA tow it home for him for free or given the Tow company his information we could
have avoided all fees. I feel you should reimburse him for the charges since you failed to
do your job. I would like a response from your dept.
