On July 13, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges:
should not be contacting me with so-called welfare
checks. ADP should not be contacting me with SO called welfare checks.
i sent an email (see attached) regarding
playing politics with my application
for food and clothing and nearly immediately received a call from

"welfare check".
i should not be economically marginalized - i am because of
corruption, city of
austin, APD, etc.. Consequently, I am dependent on resources provided by corrupt local
entities.

This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
