The complainant alleges: On

my daughter in the car while I followed up an a job interview. Upon returning to my car,
several police officers had removed my daughter and placed me under arrest eventually.
Before getting arrested I heard someone on the officer's radio mention that I had a CHL,
and more than likely had a firearm. My firearm was taken, I was arrested, I have continued
to ask about my weapon even at the
