NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
July 8, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0568
On July 8, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: He walked by an apartment employee speaking with an officer,
asked if they were talking about him, was waved off by the employee, and walked away.
The employee is now saying he yelled at her and management is threatening to evict him.
Management told him that if he has confirmation from the officer's supervisor that he
didn't yell at the employee, he will be able to stay in his apartment. Complainant does not
wish to complain against the officer present but is requesting that someone confirm that he
didn't yell at the apartment employee and further states that an email stating SO would
suffice.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
