On June 21, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: I have been being harassed, bullied, threatened for the last
two1/2 years by my neighbor. Her name is
.
I have every video of what
she does and all her lies. So I had a meeting to go to at the apartments office due to this
whole situation going on. And as I get home from my meeting I see my whole front door
egged and cake and ice cream and busted eggs all over my porch. I checked my camera
and I saw her do it SO I called the police and he was not trying to hear me at all. I told him
earlier threw a text they mentioned 187 and I also told him that he laughed at me and said
he never heard that before. He then went into her apartment where I could not hear but
waited for him to tell me something and I saw him just tell her to have a nice day and SO I
walked out and said SO she just keeps getting away with this he said bc it's not my property
SO I feel now she feels she can and will continue to do whatever she pleases. I'm scared
and I feel mistreated and he discriminated me from the time he knocked at my door. He
wasn't even trying to look at videos or anything. He didn't identify himself nor give me
his name or badge number or case number.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
