NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
June 3, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0445
On June 1, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Investigator
) did a crash report for
a collision I was involved in on
. All the personal information of me and the
other driver are correct however when you look at the field diagram and the investigators
narrative there are mostly untruths. As one example the intersection depicted in the field
diagram does not exist in real life. Almost everything is incorrect in the narrative.
I
contacted 311 to get
contact info and a phone number was provided for me
. Over the next 48 hours I called five times and texted twice only to result in the
blocking of my phone number. I need this crash report corrected as for whatever reason the
polices narrative carries more weight and makes my litigation weak. I have on camera what
actually happened and it is nothing like what
described.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
