NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
May 20, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0393
On May 16, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: There was an incident at
One of the workers
.
cussed him out, threw his food on the counter, spit in it, and told him to take the food to
his house. He called and made a report with 311. It took APD three weeks to call him back.
APD called back
and the lady did not have patience with him and was being coached
by someone in the background who made her hang up the phone. He feels he has been
reaching out to the city and has gotten the run around for the last three weeks. Officers
always call his phone about something else other than what he calls about and he has a
problem with APD.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
