There were no detour signs but there was a
police officer parked crosswise on
.
As a car approached her, she went around the car
and made a right onto

A police officer came running to her car beckoning for her to
come to him. The officer told her he should give her a citation because she is not supposed to go
around a police vehicle. She tried to explain to the officer that she did not go around his vehicle
and there were no detour signs. As she started to drive away the officer told her he did not give her
permission to leave. The officer then told her how to get to where she needed to go. He acted
very unprofessionally, and it did not look good.
