On March 28, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: An unmarked SUV police vehicle almost hit his car as he and his
girlfriend were driving on the access road at

The police officer proceeded
to drive behind them as if he was attempting to get their license plate number when he was the one
who almost caused the accident. The officer sped away, going well over the speed limit. The

The officer was very unprofessional and driving
dangerously as he drove onto a single lane road, never looking to the left as he almost hit them.
Nothing is going to happen to the officer, and the officer will get to do what he wants until he is
fired when he is 80 years old.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
