On March 11, 2022 the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: On

in front of the

, a school admin, called the complainant's son "a demon." The complainant's son is less
than three years old. This administrator also used the n-word in their interaction. These comments
were made in front of Officer and . The school administrator tore up his March
tuition check and repeatedly used the words "demon" and the n-word as he was driving away.
Later, Officers
and
frisked him for weapons without his consent in a parking lot
across the street. In a separate conversation, the officers threatened him and talked about having
him committed if he didn't listen. The officers made inappropriate comments about CPS agent
Officers said that this CPS agent "suck dicked her way to the top" and found this
comment funny. The complainant has video evidence of this incident. He provided his Twitter
