NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
March 11, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0172
On March 10, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: A police motorcycle came out of nowhere (dangerously) and he parked
in parallel to the road completely blocking one lane in
(looked like he was escorting
some king of film). I was driving fast (But within the speed limit) and he started making signals
that I interpreted as slow down, he was waiving a stop signal with his hand, not on a firm stop
position. So I kept going and on the next traffic stop he came to my window and started screaming
as a PSYCHO even spitting on the window, that I should have stopped to his weird signals. I told
him that I was sorry but there was no need to yell like that, it was a mistake and he kept going. All
of this in front of my wife, who was super scared. At the end we went our own ways but the way
he was screaming with such a bully attitude was hard to believe. I have never been yelled at like
that with no consequences in my life, nevertheless we went our own ways and things didn't
escalate. I didn't get his name but his last name is
and we was riding a motorcycle.
