The complainant alleges: She was kidnapped, raped, and held hostage for almost days. Once she was free, she called the police and APD brutally assaulted and arrested her for criminal trespassing. The 4 officers that beat her caused a concussion and bleeding on her brain. It has been a rough couple of months trying to recuperate. She was the victim and looking for help but was beaten up by Austin police which is not what she expected. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
