On January 31, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: On

pulling out of my parking spot on my motorcycle. I was aggressively approached by an old car.
As I was trying to drive away from whomever. I was tased. It caused me to involuntary floor the
CBR 1000 RR into the side of a SUV. As a result causing 3 broken ribs, 7 stitches to eye socket
and contusions all over my body. I had to be Hospitalized. There were no police cars, no badges
produced. No one said Stop Police. I had no warrants. They had no probable cause to use that
force. They did not properly ID themselves. They used excessive force. Putting my life and others
in danger. Causing permanent damage to my eye. APD Task Force later charged me with Fleeing
from an Officer. Later taking me to

copy. APD Internal Affairs came and took pictures. I want this complaint documented and
investigated thur the Oversight Committee.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
