. It was determined that the APD Officer mis-identified the

as the driver to unit 1. This error has caused financial damages for increased insurance rates as
well as attorney costs to defend against the law suit due to this Officer's error. Upon calling back
to 311 via the Oversight return call - APD did call and stated that
