The complainant alleges: Officer with badge number assisted with my removal from a facility based off of false premises. I asked to speak with him about the instance and to present qualified witnesses and was refused the opportunity. I understand that this city will probably take my complaint lightly for lack of context. However, this has highly incensed me, and i will take it up as high as I have to. The use of public officials to enforce private guidelines w/o any reasonable due process is ridiculous and unconstitutional. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
