The complainant alleges: Her Son, , was arrested and six police officers jumped on, tased him and dragged him with a car and his legs are numb and he cannot walk, and he is in a wheelchair and is in jail. His teeth and face are messed up and it was all uncalled for. The officers should be investigated because they did not have any right to run over him with a car. Her son was taken to the hospital, and now he cannot walk.
