Complaint: The following was submitted via the OPO website by the complainant:
l.breeze stalked me from exxon/7eleven burnet rd. breeze was coming out of exxon lot. breeze saw
that i was a black male as i drove by. breeze again saw that i was black, because my left arm was
sticking out of my car window. i was driving in slow lane, 35 mph. he followed me for a mile and
half. i slowed down because my left turn was coming up. breeze slowed down also. i put on signal
to turn on to burnet lane. breeze put on the pull over lights. he saw that my car had just gotten out
of the shop. tried to engage me in a unrelated conversation. converstion about a basket of tennis
balls, indirectly tried to accuse me of stealing tennis balls. questions about where i teach tennis.
Additional information: The complainant requested that his complaint be sent to IA for formal
investigation.
