Beuhler V. The City of Austin; Gavin Smart; Javier Gonzalez; Anne Allare

Plaintiff Sydni Beuhle submitted this lawsuit against the City of Austin and Austin Police Department; Officer Gavin Smart, Officer Javier Gonzalez, and Officer Anne Allare for allegedly using excessive force when the plaintiff was arrested. The plaintiff requested damages and for the defendants to appear and answer Sydni’s allegations. The defendant responded with a request to dismiss the case. Later, the plaintiff voluntarily dropped their suit against Anne Allare.
