Disciplinary Memos

This document memorializes the temporary suspension or demotion of an APD sworn employee. This document reveals details of the original incident, the investigation and the findings/determinations made by the officers supervisors. A disciplinary memo is signed by the Chief of Police or his proxy. This document can be released to the public to communicate disciplinary decisions made by the Austin Police Department.
